Changes include:

  • Added +MAX power to starter power generation modules (solar and fission). It's a small amount so there's still a use for capacitors and late-game symmetrical generation modules, but this should help in games where you get unlucky with store rolls and can't find any max power boosts.
  • Capacitors more common
  • Decreased power requirements for EMP (now the same as laser)
  • Added notifications when you have a module that you don't have enough max power to use
  • Modules now consume power before their cooldown phase (which is now really a warm-up) instead of after. This allows power to regenerate while a module is warming up and should make ships run with fewer delays from charging up.
